Vocational Training

Vocational Training to make the people under faith of our Trust’s roof more secure, we are implanting knowledge of many valuable crafts and computer skills in them. We share our prominent realization with the fact that time stands tougher than anything. Therefore, by ingraining skills in them we make them prepared for Vocational Training to young widows, Orphans and Poor at 16 craft/ computer training centers. The J&K Yateem Trust is running as many as 16 craft cum computer training centers, in different districts of Jammu & Kashmir. These centers have been established with the motto to enable orphan girls and young widows to become self-reliant by learning crafts like cutting/tailoring, Tilla embroidery, needle embroidery, sweater knitting, short term computer courses, etc. These widows/ orphans/families after getting the training in above mentioned crafts are able to earn Rs. 6000-8000 per month. Hundreds of orphan girls/ young widows have been rehabilitated by this welfare activity of the Trust.
